CHIA PORRIDGE recipe

makes 1 portion, 28g protein

Ingredients:

  • 3 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 100 gr coconut yoghurt 
  • water or plant milk to desired consistency
  • handful of berries (frozen is perfect too)
  • small handful of nuts

Method:

  1. Mix everything together and let it sit for 10-15 minutes (or you can just do it the night before and keep in the fridge, it will only get better)
  2. Top up with a generous handful of berries of choice (fresh or frozen), 1 tablespoon of nut butter or some seeds/nuts you like
  3. Tuck in and enjoy!
